Secured and interviewed the President of Ameriprise Financial as well as the Chief US Economist of Deutchse Bank, who subsequently served in the white house.
Financial Transactions
Completed a bearish put spread transaction with a notional value of $87 million on February 14, 2007. The largest LEAP option trade of the day. Represented a private client with delivery versus payment trading account at UBS with Merrill Lynch as the counter party.
Executed Rule 144 transactions at a handful of firms for Section 16 executives, occasionally implementing 10b5-1 trading strategies.
Closely Held Business M&A
Advised on a private equity buyout transaction for a $25 million environmental firm. The firm was the top performer in the fund. The principal was able to re-purchase the company from the PE firm. Ultimately counseled the principal on the retirement sale of the firm many years later resulting in a multi-million dollar sale.
